About Pneumatic Piping System
The Pneumatic Piping System range of push in fittings and pipe provide the ideal connection from compressor receiver to air line service componenets through to complete ring main and take off points. No need to prepare threaded pipe or solvent, all the connections can be made with a simple push-in action. The system is then immediately ready for use. Complex system can be assembled much more repidly with traditional methods and because fitting are easy to disconnect, system can be altered or extended with much redused production down time. The fittings are produced in either a tough engineering plastic material or in brass in sizes 12 mm to 63 mm. They are exteneded for use with John guest nylon pipe but can also be use with copper or alunimium pipe.Compressed Air pipe:
- Aluminium re- drawn pipe is absolutely rust and corrosion free.
- Available in 12 mm to 63 mm sizes with Sky blue colour.
Compressed Air Fitting:
- A push fit system of fitting and pipe which means a compressed air system can be installed quicklt and easily with much reduced production down time. It is also easy to rearrange and exchange system.
Features:
- Instant leek free connection
- Smooth Glass like inner surface - minimal scale build up.
- Rust and Corrosion free
- Easy maintainence.

FAQ's of Pneumatic Piping System:
Q: How is the pneumatic piping system installed in industrial settings?
A: The system can be installed either by surface mounting or suspending it, depending on the facility layout and operational requirements. The modular nature and push-to-connect fittings simplify assembly, making the process efficient and reducing downtime.
Q: What advantages does the push-to-connect feature offer compared to traditional pipe joining methods?
A: Push-to-connect fittings streamline the installation process as they require no special tools or sealing compounds. This not only accelerates setup and maintenance but also ensures a consistent, secure seal to minimize air leakage.
Q: When should different pipe diameters be selected?
A: Pipe diameters, ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm, should be chosen based on the application's air consumption needs and available space. Larger diameters are suitable for higher flow rates and lengthy runs, while smaller sizes may be used for localized or lower-volume operations.
Q: Where is this pneumatic piping system commonly used?
A: It is primarily utilized in industrial environments across India, including manufacturing plants, assembly lines, and automation facilities, wherever reliable and flexible compressed air distribution is required.
Q: What materials are available and how do they impact corrosion resistance?
A: These piping systems are available in aluminium, stainless steel, polyurethane, and brass. Stainless steel and brass offer exceptional corrosion resistance for harsh environments, while polyurethane provides flexibility and light weight; material selection enhances both longevity and operational reliability.
Q: How can users benefit from the system's low leakage rate?
A: With a leakage rate of less than 0.05 mL/min at 0.5 MPa, the system conserves compressed air, reduces operating costs, and maintains consistent performance-crucial for energy efficiency and operational reliability in industrial setups.
